By creating an account or using The Sales Adda website and app ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details private.
- Course videos, templates, scripts and other content are for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or share them publicly.
- Be respectful in the community. We may remove posts or accounts that contain spam, abuse, hate speech or misleading information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of important changes.
Privacy Policy
Your trust matters to us. Here's what we collect and why:
- Account details — your name, email and phone number, to create and manage your account.
- Your CRM data — clients, deals and notes you add. This is private to you; we never sell it.
- Usage data — course progress and app activity, to improve your experience.
- Payments — handled by a secure payment gateway. We don't store your card details.
You can ask us to download or delete your data anytime by emailing hello@thesalesadda.com.
Refund Policy
Every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
